We were there for 1 night, overall had a fairly nice stay. Stunningly beautiful hotel, truly enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't be more great in the High Street area. Besides, it was near to restaurants. Staff was super really good. The venue took care of the amazing service.

Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. Air conditioner, a minibar and a work desk in the room and the good bed. Prime location next to the castle, restaurants and the centre. For tea or coffee visit The Batte-Lay Tea Room nearby.

A stylish hotel! If you open the minibar under the espresso machine in your room and find a pot of fresh milk there as well, then that is very attentive from the hotel!

The outdoor terrace offered a perfect spot for drinks. The decor felt traditional and really charming. Our room was spacious, with posh amenities like heated bathroom floors and complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Breakfast options were amazing, with a variety of choices that tasted fantastic. The staff were all friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and there was an unmarked step entering the bathroom, which can be a safety concern. Those were minor bumps in an otherwise enjoyable visit.

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the amazing food that left me craving for more! The sun terrace and the leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was the slight delay in room service, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

So I was munching on this stellar pad thai nearby and it was a flavor bomb! Plus, the outdoor terrace for drinks was lovely and their traditional decor just hits different-so charming! The breakfast spread was also great and as much as you wanted.
Had a bit of a hiccup when a maintenance bloke barged in while I was in the shower! Reception's response felt a bit off, like they shrugged it off after apologizing. I expected more from such a lovely spot.

The building was super nice with beautiful traditional decor, and the food was excellant too. We had a lovely waiter from albania who was really friendly. It was warm throughout the hotel and it had a very cozy feel. It felt special celebrating our anniversary here!
The parking was kinda tight n difficult. Our room had some noise from the hallway which was annoying.
